Lifestyle Tech Takes Center Stage at CES


Living in Digital Times (LIDT), a conference & events company run by veteran technology journalist Robin Raskin, tasked LKPR with the goal of elevating its lifestyle technology properties at CES—the largest and most influential technology event on the planet.


LKPR united LIDT’s press conferences, previously held separately, into one powerful brand showcase. We worked with the Consumer Technology Association (CTA), CES producer and LIDT partner, to host the event during Media Days.


Content was presented in a digestible format for attending media: unveiling high-level trends impacting the consumer lifestyle; diving deep into each of LIDT’s major show areas, from Digital Health to Digital Money; and incorporating major announcements from show exhibitors, such as Neutrogena and Philips.

The event not only promoted all LIDT CES activities at a critical time pre-show, but also positioned each area spokesperson as a trusted expert and valuable media resource.

The turnout was standing-room-only with 200-plus attendees—people were turned away for safety! Many journalists requested the presentation, and the event helped drive show floor traffic and conference attendance.

LKPR generated 5.6 billion earned impressions and 660 original media placements throughout the show.
